List of Supplies — Upper Elementary (4th-6th)

Students should be prepared for school with the following individual supplies (communal supplies should be provided by each student to share with the group):

Please, no backpacks or other bookbags beyond a thin drawstring bag. They don’t need them, and we do not have the space for them. Also, students do not need a pencil case (for lack of space, mostly).

Individual Supplies:

• Lunch in reusable containers with ice pack or Thermos (ready to eat without use of kitchen)
• Two refillable water bottles with name on them (one to be left at school)
• Mead (or similar) marble composition notebooks (5)
• Clipboard (flat, not a boxy one)
• Pocket folders without brads (2 folders…plastic lasts longer, but the paper folders are acceptable)
• 2 dozen pencils
• Colored pencils
• Portable pencil sharpener
• Pencil top erasers
• Ruler with standard and metric measurements
• Rubber work boots to be left at school
• Indoor shoes or slipper socks, but bare feet work as well! (no street shoes worn inside)
• Complete seasonal change of clothes to be kept at school (including underwear and socks). All ages need this…roaming the farm can be messy.
• Swimsuit and towel to be left at school
• Sunscreen to be left at school
• Riding pants, riding boots, riding helmet (for Equestrian students)

Communal Supplies:

• 1 potted houseplant
• 2 rolls of paper towels
• 2 poster boards (22” x 28”)
• 2 reams of copy paper
• 1 box quart ziploc bags
• 1 box gallon ziploc bags
• 2 boxes of tissues

Wish List:

• Highlighters (yellow, pink, lavender, green, orange)
• Colored card stock
• Manilla folders
• Books (fiction and nonfiction)!!!
