Grace Golden


Grace is a lifetime equestrian who loves to share her passion for horses. She has 30 years teaching and
training experience. She has trained with Olympians and internationally know trainers.
Grace started riding as a young child and by 21 years of age she was competing at the highest levels of
dressage. She was owner and head trainer of Northern High Farm which grew into a 40 horse equestrian
training facility. There she trained adults and children of levels. Grace believes the unconditional
kindness of a horse and the responsibility learned by working around horses can make a lasting, positive
impact on a person’s life. This believe led her to develop several programs on her farm to make such an
impact, a riding program for children with special needs, a job readiness program for young adults with
special needs entering the workforce and a program for woman and children of abuse. Changing and
challenging lives has been a very prominent part of her life. Having recently retired from the demands of
competing and judging as a USDF judge, she looks forward to this new chapter at Belle Meade. She
